Partner & Pal Weekends are designed to give a Cub Scout or Webelos Scout and his adult partner an opportunity to spend a fun-filled weekend together in the outdoors.  A parent or adult partner must accompany their Cub Scout on this weekend.

During this period they will learn more about each other by working and playing together within a planned program of activities.  The weekend begins Friday evening with check in and campsite set up from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.  (Please note partners and pals from the same Pack are assigned the same campsite and dens for the weekend.

Saturday program day starts with Opening Ceremony and Flag raising at 7:50 AM, then into the camp's dining hall for a well-balanced breakfast to start the day. This kicks off a fun filled day of activities for all. Camp staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist and guide you through this adventure. They will also offer safety guidelines and train you in new or old skills in everything from nature, handicraft projects, archery, BB shooting, to camp crafts.

The program is set up in morning and afternoon sessions. Dens come together for lunch and time to visit the trading post. The planned program areas close at 5:00 PM and it is time to clean up for dinner. There is still time to visit the trading post or walk the trails at camp following dinner. The camp's volleyball and basketball courts are available for sports or take time for a little fishing in Sherman's Creek. Yes, there will be a Saturday night campfire for everyone. The camp staff really puts on a show and is looking for anyone that would like to participate. Sunday morning we will provide you with a continental breakfast served in the dining hall and a non-denominational religious service. Then it is on to cleaning up your gear and campsite and closing ceremony. Everyone is ready to depart for home between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM and you will take with you a great experience shared together.
