Internet Hardening	Defend your computer against the evil forces that now lurk on the Internet.  Hardening includes installation of proven freeware software including anti-virus, spyware detection, software firewall, an alterantive web browser and all Microsoft Critical Updates and Service Packs.	$25.00
Virus Detection and Removal	Detection and removal of computer viruses.	$10.00
Malware, Spyware, Adware detection and removal	Detection and removal of computer viruses.	$10.00
	***Some infections can only be remedied with a full operating system restore as described below - a last resort option.
	Services listed under Computer Security and Computer Maintenance requires that the computer unit and system restore or operating system software only be dropped off for service.  No need for monitor, keyboard, or mouse.  Pick-up can be arranged for an additional $25.00 in the Grantville area.
Computer Maintenance
Computer System Restore	Restore your computer software to its out-of-the box state using your system restore software.	$25.00
	***Does not include the installation of 3rd party software
Computer Operating System Install	If you do not have your system restore system software, there will be a need to configure driver software and settings.  There will be an additional charge to obtain a licensed copy of the Computer Operating System.	$50.00

Memory Installation	Cost to install the upgrade memory module that you provide.  We will provide compatible memory for an additional charge.	$25.00
Hard Drive Partitioning	An effective tool for protecting your valuable data in the event of a system crash.	$25.00
Data Recovery	If you have accidentally deleted - or experienced deliberate deletion of - files, we may be able to recovery them.  Please immediately stop using your computer and contact us.  You will be given a CD will all recoverable data on it.	$75.00

	Services listed under Multimedia Services require that the analog sources be dropped off or mailed for conversion.   Prices do not include any applicable shipping charges.
